Intelligent motion detection

The intelligent sensors in the indoor motion detector prevent false alarms: the Bosch Smart Home presence detector detects human movement based on body heat and size, differentiating between humans and pets. As a result, the alarm is only triggered when really necessary.

Triggers an alarm signal

When you leave the house, you can activate your motion detector as part of the alarm system. In the event of unwanted movement, it immediately reacts in two ways: by means of the system, it immediately sends you a notification via the app. At the same time, it triggers an alarm signal, such as the siren of your smoke detector.

Automatic lighting control

When you're at home, simply deactivate the alarm function - and use the light motion detector for automatic lighting control. In combination with your Philips Hue lamps and/or the connected socket, the light motion detector automatically switches on the lights you've selected when there's movement.

In full view in the event of an alarm, and hard to fool

Thanks to its 90° front angle and 12-meter range, the Bosch Smart Home motion sensor is also ideal for detecting large rooms. Nor is there any danger of uninvited guests crawling under the sensor. This is prevented by the anti-creep protection. The demolition alarm also offers additional security: even if it's torn from the wall by a burglar, the indoor motion detector still responds with an alarm.

Intelligent sensors prevent false alarms

The Bosch Smart Home alarm motion detector distinguishes itself from conventional motion detectors by combining various intelligent sensors. This enables it to distinguish more reliably between different types of movement. It recognizes people by their body heat and size, thanks to infrared and temperature sensors. In addition, it intelligently filters out irrelevant movements caused by reflections or wind in trees and curtains, thus avoiding unnecessary false alarms.

Small animal immunity for your small cat

Your little cat can still move around the house without any problems, despite your intelligent motion detector. Simply activate the Small Animal Immunity function. As a result, the Bosch Smart Home presence detector also detects the movements of small animals up to around 25 kg and ignores them.

Intelligent light activation

As part of the Bosch Smart Home system, the light motion detector automatically switches on the lighting when motion is detected. And it doesn't just work with your Philips Hue lamps: simply plug in all your other lamps via the connected socket. The motion sensor also takes daylight into account. By adjusting the light sensitivity, you decide when the lights come on. With your Philips Hue lamps, you can also dim the lights. You can easily manage your intelligent light control via App.
