Colissimo – Delivery to your company only

Once the package is prepared, it will be delivered to you in a 48 hour time frame and left once it is signed for.
If you are not at home, a notice will be left for you to choose a new delivery date within six days or pick up your package at the post office. If you do not make a choice, you can then retrieve your package at your post office, within a 15 day time frame.
Delivery documents are at the name of Smarthome Europe and the colissimo account used is SMARTHOME EUROPE.

Other carriers (DHL or Fedex) can be offered to you if needed. If that is the case, we thank you tp ask us before paying for your order so we can send you a quote with the shipping cost (calculated based on the volumetric weight of your package)
