Colissimo – Delivery to your company only

Once the package is prepared, it will be delivered to you in a 48 hour time frame and left once it is signed for.
If you are not at home, a notice will be left for you to choose a new delivery date within six days or pick up your package at the post office. If you do not make a choice, you can then retrieve your package at your post office, within a 15 day time frame.
Delivery documents are at the name of Smarthome Europe and the colissimo account used is SMARTHOME EUROPE.

Dropshipping Colissimo – Delivery to your customer ONLY

Once the package is prepared, it will be delivered to your customer within a 48 hour time frame and left once it is signed for.
No Smarthome Europe document will be put in the package. Delivery documents are at the name of your company and the colissimo account used is the one of Market Spirit (a Colissimo neutral account)
If your customer is not at home, they will be left a notice and they can choose a new delivery and pick up date for their package at the post office or their choice.

Once the package is prepared, it will be delivered to you within a 24 to 48 hour time frame and left once it is signed for. If you are not at home, a notice will be left for you to contact the carrier.

Other carriers (DHL or Fedex) can be offered to you if needed. If that is the case, we thank you tp ask us before paying for your order so we can send you a quote with the shipping cost (calculated based on the volumetric weight of your package)
