Versatile use

The switch allows Bosch Smart Home actuators to be installed in a space-saving way. This means that light and roller shutter II controls, relays or dimmers can be installed more easily in your device housing.

Space-saving

The extra-flat design saves up to 15 mm in depth compared with conventional switches.

Flexible use

The Smart Home wall switch can be integrated into existing compatible switch series, or can be mounted using the toggle and frame supplied.

Flexible mounting options

The Smart Home wall switch is a kit comprising switch, frame, frame support and rocker. Depending on the situation, you can install the Smart Home wall switch entirely or use only certain parts:

Option 1: Concealed installation

Keep the existing rocker and frame, and use them in conjunction with frame brackets and Bosch Smart Home switches.

Option 2: Use with a standard 55 mm frame

Keep the existing frame: use the rocker, frame support and Bosch Smart Home switch.

Option 3: Installation as a complete solution

Completely replace existing solution with rocker, frame support, frame and Bosch Smart Home switch

Installation information

Dimensions:

Frame: 80 × 80 mm

Rocker: 55 × 55 mm

Switch depth in wall (without intelligent actuator): 10 mm (19 mm with mounting clips for intelligent actuator)

Prerequisites:

Minimum device housing mounting depth of at least 35 mm (40 mm recommended)

Device housings with 60 mm screw distance and other international variants

Double pushbutton for access to both light/shutter control inputs. Can also be used for dimmers and relays in push-button mode (only one input per device).

Installation

Thanks to its compact design and eight mounting points, the wall switch can be screwed onto almost any device housing. The integrated terminal block and supplied cables simplify installation.
